  • Who: Book is written for middle school readers. Educators, learners, and the community are welcome.
  • When: October 15, 6 pm to 7 pm CT
  • Where: Live via Zoom (link to be sent after registering)
  • What: Saving our Sturgeon introduces middle-grade readers to a very peculiar fish and the efforts that have led to its continued survival. Concerted efforts by children, Indigenous communities, community scientists, and government organizations contributed to the return of the threatened species. Though written for readers ages 11 to 14, the book engages readers of all ages.
