Pennsylvania – Level Up: MWEE Facilitator Workshop

Pennsylvania Sea Grant, in partnership with Asbury Woods, IU5, and the Stroud Water Research Center, is pleased to provide this professional development program that will bring local environmental issues to life – at Asbury Woods in Erie, PA!
Ready to take your MWEE expertise to the next level by elevating your role within local and place-based education? This two-day PA Certified MWEE Facilitator professional development workshop is designed for K-12 formal and non-formal educators who live or work in PA’s Erie and Crawford Counties, and who have already acquired the PA MWEE Ambassador level certificate. The workshop will include classroom and small group learning with field experiences at the Asbury Woods Nature Center.
Full participation earns a $190 stipend and 12 Act 48 hours as appropriate. Be prepared for outdoor learning and bring your own lunch and water bottle.
